Использование:

<?php comments_rss_link(); ?>

Параметры:
‘text’
(string) Текст ссылки для RSS ленты комментариев. По умолчанию ‘RSS Комментариев’.
‘file’
(string) Ссылка на файл. По умолчанию ‘wp-commentsrss2.php’.
